Variety is key…
Feeding a variety of proteins is key to offering a naturally balanced diet, with our Dry RAW Menu’s you can easily balance your dog’s diet across a range of air-dried options. We recommend feeding a minimum of 3 different proteins across a 6 week period, this is to ensure a fully balanced diet.
How is FRESCO Dry RAW made?
The production process of our FRESCO Dry RAW differs from all conventional “premium” dry foods available in the UK market. Instead of extruding the ingredients under high pressure and high temperatures (pressure cooker), we simply dry in an elaborate and gentle air & freeze-drying process.
For the production of our Dry RAW range, we use on average 4kg or fresh raw material which results in 1kg of the finished product. As we remove nearly all of the moisture content from the fresh material its results in a hard & crunchy texture.

Your dog is not only harmed by environmental influences but also increasingly by the ingredients in their daily food. The preservatives, additives and chemical residues often contained within conventional dog food brands can be jointly responsible for diseases such as tumours, kidney and liver damage, impairments in the musculoskeletal system, fertility disorders and allergies. We have therefore decided not to use any additives within our FRESCO Dry RAW diets or across any products which we manufacture and sell.
General supermarket dog food is made from inferior raw materials, mainly cereals, bone meal and fats. Often, only a very small amount of fresh meat is contained within the food, instead, meat flours are processed and often declared as dried meat. In comparison, FRESCO Dry RAW relies exclusively on natural ingredients. In our food, you will only find fresh meat, bones and offal, vegetables, fruit and selected oils.

Your dog requires proteins to build up and maintain organs, muscles and the functionality of enzymes. Meat is a good source of protein because it contains all the essential amino acids in the right ratio to each other and therefore has a high biological value. Meat also contains iron, zinc, selenium and B vitamins.
Chicken Heart mainly consists of muscles, i.e. meat. It is very high in protein and contains hardly any fat. It provides high-quality Biotin and Potassium.
Pumpkin is a real superfood due to its nutrient and fibre richness. In addition to its important fibre, Pumpkin also offers high levels of Vitamins A, C, E, Magnesium, Pantothenic acid, Potassium, Zinc while also acting as a natural high-quality supply of vegetable protein.
The chicken stomach is particularly valuable ingredients within your dog’s diet as already contains pre-digested grain residues. The bacteria in the turkey stomach has been already unlocked and converted into high-quality protein. It has an important beneficial effect on your dog’s digestion system.
We include Chicken Articular cartilage within this food as it offers important natural source calcium, iron, fats and enzymes.
Broccoli offers the benefit of being low in calories with including high levels of Vitamin’s which can help strengthen your dog’s immune system.
Our local farmers handpick each apple then gently cleans with fresh water before we add to our mix. Apples offer a variety of benefits as they contain Pectin, Vitamin C, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron and Sodium
We add a small dash of salmon oil into this recipe as it offers a natural addition of essential fatty acids while also offering a balanced Omega 3 to Omega 6 ration.
Glucosamine supports the stabilization of the connective tissue and the cartilage structure and can thus ensure higher mobility of the joints and the strengthening of the joints.
The rosehip is a true superfood supplement and particularly rich in important nutrients such as Vitamins A, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B6 and especially Vitamin C, as well as pectins and tannins.
Brewer’s yeast provides your dog with B Vitamins, valuable amino acids and trace elements such as biotin, folic acid, iron and zinc. The ingredients have good bioavailability and can, therefore, be ideally absorbed and used. Brewer’s yeast promotes cell regeneration.
Chamomile has an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect. Often, the elderly have bladder infections, skin diseases, rheumatism and / or gum infections, in which the essential oils contained in the chamomile can provide relief.
Our team of experienced fisherman gather only the finest quality Seaweed & Green Lipped Sea Shell’s directly from the sea bed. Both ingredients offer many important suppliers minerals such as (magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and iodine).
Bee pollen is naturally rich in a wide range of important nutrients which can help your dog thrive. In addition to vegetable protein, pollen also contains vitamins, amino acids, hormones, enzymes and fats are also unlocked within these ingredients. The small power packs also contain antibiotic properties. They also contain antihistamines and antioxidants to help strengthen your dog’s immune system.
We add a selection of mixed healthy herds into this food such as Parsley, Dandelion, Hawthorn Powder & Nettles.
