The crossed swords are practically iconic in Germany and have inspired their Sansibar collection. Sansibar in Sylt is synonymous with the appealing mixture of rugged North Sea climate and exclusive lifestyle.

The Sansibar Rantum lead, is made from tightly woven rope and resilient brass components. Thanks to a simple but genius idea, the lead can be tightened or loosened to an exact degree: instead of a secure clasp, the ring used to adjust the length is simply fixed at any point with a knot. The smooth surface of the rope material not only guarantees a crease- and wrinkle-free look, but also makes it easy to untie the knots – another clever detail that emphasises the nautical character of the leash.
